Job Summary:
Learning By The Lakes Academy Inc. is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers, Associate Teachers, and Lead Teachers. We are looking for educators who are passionate about working with children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Follow center policies and licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
- Work collaboratively with other staff
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting (required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and professional
- Passion for early childhood education
- Must meet NH childcare licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain)
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 10-hour shifts
- 4-day work week

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
